Accessibility Statement

Last reviewed: April 2026

Our commitment

ClubSentinel is committed to making its website and platform accessible to as many people as possible, including those with disabilities. We aim to meet the requirements of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.

What we've done

  • Sufficient colour contrast ratios on text and interactive elements (WCAG AA minimum 4.5:1)
  • Semantic HTML with appropriate heading hierarchy
  • Keyboard-navigable interface throughout the platform
  • Skip-to-main-content link for keyboard and screen reader users
  • Descriptive aria-label attributes on icon-only buttons
  • Focus indicators visible on all interactive elements
  • Form fields with associated <label> elements and aria-required attributes
  • Responsive layout that works at up to 400% zoom without horizontal scrolling

Known limitations

We are continuously working to improve accessibility. Some areas we are actively improving include:

  • Complex data tables in reports. We are working to add appropriate scope and summary attributes
  • PDF reports. We are investigating options to produce tagged, accessible PDFs

Technical information

ClubSentinel is built using React and Next.js and is tested with modern browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge. We test with keyboard-only navigation and screen readers including NVDA and VoiceOver.
