AI Assistant
The AI Assistant is a built-in compliance chat powered by Claude AI. It has live read access to all your records, inspections, incidents, training, documents, COSHH, and more, and answers questions in plain English. Use it to check your compliance status, find overdue items, summarise recent activity, or draft corrective action text.
Common actions

Open the chat: tap the gold sparkle button (✦) at the bottom right of any dashboard page, or click "AI Assistant" in the sidebar. The chat panel opens immediately, no setup needed.

Ask a status question: try "What's my current compliance score?" or "What modules are in the red?" for an instant overview. The AI calculates this live from your records.

Find overdue items: ask "Show me all overdue inspections" or "Which training records expire this month?" The AI queries your data and returns a list with details.

Get a summary: ask "Summarise recent incidents" or "What actions are due in the next 30 days?" for a plain-English briefing you can share in a team meeting.

Draft corrective action text: after an incident or failed inspection, ask "Draft a corrective action plan for [describe the issue]" and paste the result into the relevant record's notes field.

Ask about a specific record: mention the module and context, "Has the 18th tee mower been serviced this quarter?" or "When does the first aid training for the pro shop team expire?"
💡 Tip
The AI can see all your records but cannot make changes. It is read-only. For best results, be specific: mention the module, location, staff member, or timeframe you are asking about. The more context you give, the more precise the answer.
