Audits
Run a structured health and safety audit of the club against one of your audit templates. ClubSentinel scores each section as you answer, and when you finish it turns every failed answer into an action plan. Audits are for club admins.
Common actions

Start an audit: Press "+ New audit". Choose a Template and fill in the Site name, Site address, Auditor name and Audit date. Press "Start audit →".

Answer the questions: Open each section and answer each question. The buttons depend on the question: Compliant, Non-Compliant or N/A; Yes or No; Pass or Fail; a score from 1 to 5; or a text answer. Each answer saves straight away.

Add notes and photos: Press "+ Add note" to write what you saw. The note box opens by itself when an answer fails. Press "Take photo" or "Upload photo" to add a picture.

See last time's answers: If you audited the same site with the same template before, each question shows the previous answer.

Finish the audit: When every question is answered, press "Complete audit →". Add summary notes if you want, then press "Confirm and generate action plan".

Work the action plan: Every Non-Compliant, No or Fail answer becomes an action with a reference number, due in 30 days. On the report page, press "Edit" on an action to set what needs doing, who does it, the priority, the due date and the status.

Share the report: Press "↓ Download Report" for a PDF, or "✉ Email to staff" to send it to people in your club.

Make a change after finishing: Press "Re-open audit", change the answers and complete it again.
How the score works
Compliant, Yes and Pass score a point. Non-Compliant, No and Fail score none. N/A, 1 to 5 scores and text answers are left out. 90% or more is green, 80% orange, 70% amber and below 70% red.
Your Records Score
Completed audits count as up to date. An audit left in Draft or In progress counts against you, so finish the audits you start.
💡 Tip
Use the same site name each time you audit the same place. That is how ClubSentinel finds the previous answers, so you can see what has improved.
